Beginning Teachers

This module introduces participants to the requirements, best practice, and state model for teacher induction and mentoring.

It is designed as an orientation for beginning teachers that districts can customize with local specifics on their district mentoring program.

It addresses the Illinois Standards of Quality and Effectiveness for Beginning Teacher Induction Programs and use the Illinois Program Continuum to guide differentiation for all Illinois school districts.
